The Tru TV site has an incredible crime library full of unsolved murders. It was an invaluable resource in my research and provided a wealth of information on The Black Dahlia, the twenty-two year old woman found mutilated and bisected in an abandoned lot in Hollywood, CA. and The Cleveland Torso Murders, the bizarre murders where the victims were mutilated and then decapitated by an unknown killer. 

America's Unknown Child site is a site entirely dedicated to The Boy in the Box murder mystery. It provided information in my research of the mysterious murder of the young boy found along side an old dirt road in Pennsylvania.


The Haunted America Tours site has many of the ghostly tales of paranormal activities and occurrences in America's most haunted locations. It provided the information for my research for Myrtles Plantation, the tale of Chloe's ghost and the Villisca Ax Murder House stories, the scene of a brutal murder of a family that devastated a small western town in 1910.


About.com features many of the same stories of unsolved murders and true ghost stories with a few varying details and it became a valuable resource in my research on infamous unsolved murders and true ghost stories.


Rotten.com had the crime scene photos of The Black Dahlia murder. It was a prolific gallery of photos from many infamous murders in American history.

The Cleveland Memory Project site had all the crime scene photos and a brief description of the Cleveland Torso Murders.
